Lead Time Guarantee Policy
In case of delayed delivery except for Force Majeure cases, we will pay to the Buyer for every week of delay penalty amounting to 0.5-1.5%.
Returns&Exchange Policy
Return & Replace Policy: Any customer recieved merchandise with more than 2% major manufacturing defects will be exchange free of charge up to China port.

We supply 6-18 Month warranty for our products based on different types, during the warranty, if caused by quality issues, return or replace are up to our customers.
We have OEM and ODM experience for well-know brands, and we can do the best on quality control and lead time control to achieve the level that many other compititors cannot achieve.
1. Free samples(in stock) to our high potential customers for testing, only need a courier account number to us.
2. We can do OEM for brand customers (customers provide design samples), also can do ODM (customers give ideas, we design for free).
3. Branding is accepted, the LOGO printing methods include silk screen printing, thermal transfer printing, embroidery, embossing, cloth labeling, offset printing.
4. Support to customizen by different solutions (including materials, processes, accessories) based on the price of the customer’s target market to meet the different needs.
5. Production schedule sheet before production, Gantt sheet of production schedule will be supported to customers. In case of delayed delivery except for Force Majeure cases, we will pay to the Buyer for every week of delay penalty amounting to 0.5-1.5%.
